DESCRIPTION:Join us for the third workshop of our Four Part Webinar Series: Fire-Wise Design within the Defensible Space Zone \nWhen: October 15th\, 5:30 pm – 6:30 pm \nWhere: FREE on Zoom! \nThe Resilient Landscapes Coalition is hosting a FREE\, bilingual Four Part webinar series on creating a fire-wise landscape in the Defensible Space zone and beyond\, while at the same time enhancing biodiversity and wildlife habitat\, and conserving resources. \nThis four part\, one hour per week\, workshop series will allow plenty of time for questions and discussion! \nPart 3 – April Owens\, Executive Director\, Habitat Corridor Project & Horticulture Chairperson\, CNPS-Milo Baker Chapter will be presenting Fire-Wise Design within the Defensible Space Zone \nApril Owens\, Executive Director\, Habitat Corridor Project & Horticulture Chairperson\, CNPS-Milo Baker Chapter\n“As a landscape designer watching the rebuilding process from the past fires I see many not incorporating defensible space into their landscape. I have created many rebuilds now throughout the county creatively weaving in fire-wise\, water saving and California native plants. The product is what we at the RLC call a resilient landscape.
